Corked Campers

Seamless, Sustainable Insulation for Vans & Campers

Your van, but better.

When you’re living life on the road, comfort isn’t a luxury - it’s essential. Our spray cork insulation delivers warmth, quiet, and protection without weighing you down. Unlike traditional insulation, cork is a natural performer, designed by nature to keep heat in, block noise, and stand up to the elements.

Acoustic insulation

Forget rolling out mats onto your surfaces, spray cork delivers incredible acoustic results fast, cutting road noise, rattles, and vibration for a smoother ride.

thermal
insulation

Cork has low thermal conductivity over a wide range of temperatures - which means it keeps your van cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

super lightweight

Cork is 85 - 90% air, meaning it's incredibly light. It weighs just 0.16 grams per cubic centimetre - keeping your payload free for the things that matter.

mould resistant

Cork’s natural waxy substance, suberin, makes it highly resistant to mould, mildew, and moisture penetration - protecting your van from damp damage and unpleasant odours.

natural & sustainable

Our spray cork is made from the by-products of the wine industry. Harvested from cork oak trees - which can live for up to 200 years - cork is one of the world’s most renewable resources.

condensation resistant

Because spray cork creates a seamless, breathable layer, it reduces temperature differentials that cause condensation - stopping moisture before it becomes a problem.

flexible & durable

Cork expands and contracts with your vehicle, preventing cracks and keeping a perfect seal. It’s tough enough to resist knocks, chips, and everyday wear.

no cold bridging

Applied as a continuous layer, spray cork removes the need for taping joints or filling gaps - ensuring there are no weak points for heat to escape.

why cork?

Cork has been used for centuries as nature’s perfect insulator. Harvested from the bark of cork oak trees - which can live for up to 200 years and be stripped as many as 17 times without harm - it’s one of the most renewable resources on the planet.

Our spray cork is made from the by-products of the wine industry, giving new life to a sustainable material with a negative carbon footprint. In vans, cork’s unique cellular structure works hard on every journey: keeping you warm in winter, cool in summer, and quiet on the road. It resists condensation, mould, and moisture, all while being lightweight and seamless - making it the smart, sustainable choice for life on the move.

The Process

Spray cork insulation is a fast, mess-free upgrade for your van. With minimal prep and rapid drying time, the process is straightforward from start to finish - giving you seamless coverage and lasting comfort without long waits in the workshop.

Step 2

Spray

Two coats come as standard. The first goes on straight after masking, then we wait a couple of hours until it’s tacky enough for the next coat. If you want a little extra protection, you can add a third coat when booking.

Step 3

Drive away

As soon as the second coat is on, you can drive away. Cork air-dries best when it gets plenty of airflow, so crack the windows on the way home. With less airflow, it may take a bit longer, but it’s usually fully set and ready to go within 24–48 hours.

Step 1

Prep

We mask the van to protect all the areas we’re not coating. We do ask for the van to arrive clean - inside or out, depending on your job. Cork doesn’t like dust or grime, so a good wash beforehand makes all the difference.

Testimonials

What Our Clients Say

"I can’t believe the difference the cork insulation has made to my van. It’s quieter, and maintains a stable temperature even when it is boiling - or freezing! - outside. Even though I'm only in early part of the conversion, I can already tell that this is going to be a game changer."

Jasmine

"From start to finish, Jamie was brilliant to work with. He clearly knows his stuff and explained every step of the process with real passion and care. The product itself is outstanding, but what really stood out was Jamie’s professionalism and attention to detail. He made the whole experience easy, enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with the result."
